Conceptualised by the world’s most-loved super-premium Italian beer that embodies authentic Italian style, taste, and culture, for a limited time only, from Saturday, October 14th to Saturday, October 28th, Mare by Bussola will be transformed into a Peroni Nastro Azzurro Italian Riviera escape, set within the lush green grounds of the ambient Italian restaurant, come beach-club.
The elegant “open house” concept behind The House of Peroni will serve up a high-quality gastronomic and drinks experience, celebrating Mare by Bussola’s al fresco setting daily from 6:30 pm – late. Guests will be treated to three beer-based cocktail infusions, Spritzettino, Negroni and Passione – conceived by one of the world’s most admired mixologists Simone Caporale, Global Brand Ambassador for Peroni Nastro Azzurro.
Alongside the inventive beer infusions, The House of Peroni has created a bespoke menu, developed by Michelin starred chef Francesco Mazzei, offering a traditional and uplifting Italian soaked dining experience, with dishes that complement the crisp and uplifting taste of Peroni Nastro Azzurro. On offer are three assaggi appetisers, including as ricotta and culatello tartlets, an aubergine and mozzarella anellini timballo, and a pollenta and mushroom millefoglie, plus three styles of pizza, starting with Nduja Honey that gives a sweet-spice kick, tuna topped pizza tonnata with capers, quail eggs and anchovies, and a vegan friendly pizza verdure which comes with a watercress pesto, fresh tomatoes, black olives and tropea onion.
To complete the riviera ambience, expect a live music DJ sets to really set the tone of the evening.
