The journey starts in Tuscany, with a bold and colorful 5-act menu, rolling out 10 dishes inspired from the lush, rolling hills of the sun-kissed Italian province.
Patrons will first be welcomed with a Bella signature beverage and encouraged to socialize, mingle and meet the team. The feast will then commence with the traditional “Pane e Burro” before a bounty of temperamental “Stuzzichini” make their way to the dinner table.
From the Chianina Beef Tartare, to the classic Fried Calamari and Prawns, the authentic Panzanella Salad, the “Crostino Toscano” served with chicken liver and the Pagnottelle Pizza with Pecorino Toscano D.O.P., award-winning Chef Alessandro Miceli will lead guests on a degustation of Tuscany’s much-loved foods from the land and the sea.
The third act of “Bellavino Club” will introduce a “primo piatto” of Homemade Bottoncino with Cacciucco Sauce. For the piece de resistance: an intense Slow-braised Oyster Blade, with sautéed chard and hazelnut breadcrumbs! For the finish, the last act of “Bellavino Club” will sing the sweetness of Tuscany, with Crispy Almond Biscotti and a “Bombolone” brioche and cream.
