COYA, the immersive global 360-degree lifestyle brand, announced the collaboration with globally renowned perfumer Jo Malone CBE, founder of the Jo Loves fragrance brand, to host an intimate, multi-sensory dining experience.
Starting with a special welcome drink in chanca by COYA, guests are invited to savour the refreshing ‘Love at first sip’ cocktail. Inspired by the Smoked Plum & Leather fragrance, it blends Remy Martine VSOP with Japanese plume liqueur, smoke chocolate bitter and amaretto.
Guests will then move through to COYA Dubai’s recently refurbished restaurant to enjoy an immersive dinner featuring some of the most popular signature Peruvian specialties, followed by a special bespoke dessert that has been thoughtfully curated just for the occasion.

uplifting fusion of cardamom marquise, gold flakes, red fruits and real garden
petals, the sweet and indulgent ‘marquesa de oro’ subtly mirrors the fresh floral aromas of the Jo Loves Golden
Gardenia Fragrance.
