Featuring a diverse collection of paintings, “Playground” showcases the works of artists Cody Choi, Beverly Fishman, Pınar Birim, Bosco Sodi, Ekrem Yalçındağ, Melisa Mızraklı, Gençay Aytekin, Tuna Özkaragöz, Cem Gönül, Sinan Saül, and Rafael Gomez Barros.

Each artist brings a unique perspective, utilizing colors, forms and their own distinct styles to create works that embody their imaginative expression and childlike wonder, even when exploring more serious subjects.

Cody Choi addresses the human condition, playfully exploring cultural identities and boundaries with autobiographical works marked by appropriation and the cultural differences between the East and West.

About Sevil Dolmacı

Sevil Dolmacı, who has an academic background, completed her master’s and doctorate studies on art history and attended courses on contemporary art at the Royal Academy of Arts in London. She worked in various institutions in London, such as the Saatchi Gallery and the Tate Modern Museum. Sevil Dolmacı, who has long been providing consultancy services to Turkey’s important art collections, undertook important projects such as the DEMSA Group Art Consultancy and Museum Project, St. Regis Hotel Project, Demirören Group Art Consultancy, Kemer Country Golf Club Sculpture Park Project and Kabakçı Collection Art Consultancy.
