Candlelight Concerts has announced the opening of Vivaldi’s Four Seasons to be performed at Sheraton Mall of the Emirates on December 9th and 10th at 7 p.m. and 9 p.m. This concert will see the hall illuminated by thousands of candles, allowing viewers to fully immerse themselves and discover the music of Vivaldi’s Four Seasons performed by a string quartet.
The Four Seasons is the best known of Vivaldi’s works and is a group of four violin concertos by the Italian composer, each of which gives musical expression to a season of the year. The Candlelight Concerts’ Vivaldi’s Four Seasons program presents a 65-minute adapted version, enabling a broader audience that might have never considered a classical music concert before to connect with the most iconic pieces of the famous Italian composer.
