The exclusive selection includes Black Caviar Blinis, delicate handcrafted Pelmeni, and the indulgent Medovik, blending authentic Russian flavors with Mediterranean finesse. Guests can begin their Maslenitsa experience with a Crêpe Set with melted butter (AED 35), a light and airy take on traditional Russian blinis. Indulgence reaches new heights with Ocietra Caviar (100g, AED 295), known for its refined, buttery finish. For those seeking delicate seafood flavors, the Smoked Salmon (AED 45) is expertly cured and lightly smoked, while the Kamchatka Crab (AED 95) offers a succulent and naturally sweet taste, presented with refined accompaniments.
