Dusit Thani is one of my favorite hotels in Dubai for many reasons. It is perfectly located in the centre and offers a wide range of dining options like the award winning Thai restaurant Benjarong, the stunning lounge the View and my favourite dining concept 24Th St.
It is inspired by the street food of the most popular cuisines around the world and in Dubai – Italian, Arabic, Japanese, Korean, Indian and Chinese. This is what make it a great choice for couples, families and groups of friends-everyone can choose what they like most.
Both my friend Olga and I were very excited to sample the Italian menu which offers some of the most popular Italian dishes.
Antipasto
Burratina Pugliese was a great way to start our meal. The fresh delicacy adorned with spinach salad and sun dried tomatoes is a starter that is both light and healthy. The tender cheese literally melts in the mouth turning this dish into a beautiful indulgent experience. If you love Italian cheeses this is definitely a must try.
Primo
Ravioli di Ricotta e Spinaci al Pomodoro e Basilico
I love ravioli, especially when they are filled with healthy and tasty ingredients like spinach. It is a simple yet hearty and delicious option for pasta lovers.
Pizza
Pizza lovers can enjoy a good selection of vegetarian options like the classic Margherita or Contadina that we ordered that has a variety of grilled veggies on top. Meat lovers can opt for Diavola or Fusion.
Dolce
Cannoli Siciliani are a staple in the Sicilian cuisine for a reason. This crunchy pastry filled with delicate cream and pistachio is a perfect treat for a sweet tooth.
Sushi selection at the 24TH St.
We could not resist ordering from the Japanese menu and chose three different types of rolls, including signature Niji roll(pictured below), Salmon Avo and Tempura roll. Everything was fresh and beautifully presented and the selection was good portion for the two of us. 
Our experience was enhanced by the beautiful view on the busy Sheikh Zayed Road and we enjoyed a good chat and many giggles over a glass of Pinot Grigio. Another beautiful night at our favourite Dust Thani to be added to our memories 🙂
