Rustichella d’Abruzzo organised an elegant dinner at Alta Badia restaurant in Dubai to celebrate its launch in UAE. The brand’s ambassador chef Manuel Polin hosted experts in the industry as well as media guests who had a chance to sample the menu created with the Rustichella d’Abruzzo products.
The Italian restaurant Alta Badia, located on the 50th floor of the Emirates Towers made a perfect venue for dinner, with its elegant ambience and the breathtaking view of Dubai.
The Menu featured Fregola Sarda Tostata, Bavette, Potato Pearls with codfish and truffle and Tiramisu variation for dessert.
