WHITE TRUFFLE SEASON ARRIVES AT SHI HOSPITALITY GROUP A seasonal menu celebrating one of the world’s most prized ingredientsacross SHI, MOLI and MEI

As the city cools down and the truffle season begins, SHI Hospitality Group welcomes the arrival of white truffle with a special seasonal menu across its three concepts,  SHIMOLI and MEI. From November 2025 onwards, guests are invited to discover dishes that celebrate this rare ingredient in its purest form.

Located on Dubai’s stunning Bluewaters Island, SHI introduces a seasonal white truffle menu starting from AED 90, designed to complement its signature Asian fine dining experience. Each dish is built around the ingredient’s natural fragrance and depth, allowing the truffle to shine without distraction.

Among the highlights is the Salmon Carpaccio, delicately layered and finished with a subtle truffle essence. The Sake Truffle and Wagyu Truffle follow with soft, savoury notes that feel both refined and comforting.

For the main course, the Wagyu Beef Stone Pot Rice brings a smooth, buttery texture, while the Roasted Duck pairs crisp skin with tender meat, gently lifted by the scent of fresh truffle. To finish, the Pear & Hazelnut Mousse brings soft sweetness with a subtle nutty note. Guests can also enhance any à la carte dish with freshly shaved truffle throughout the season.

The ingredient also makes a quiet appearance at MOLI and MEI. At MOLI, the Crème Brûlée Crémeux with Tonka Vanilla Chantilly adds a warm, earthy touch to a classic dessert. At MEI, the Yuzu Mousse with Hazelnut offers a bright, refreshing contrast with a delicate truffle accent.
