Additionally, Chef Nicola, a maestro in the culinary world has created a limited time Piedmont menu available only until November 30^th, that tantalize taste buds and elevate dining to new heights. Drawing on the regions truffle, Barolo wine, Castelmagno cheese to Piedmont nuts, each course is a symphony of flavors, highlighting the finest, locally sourced ingredients, and reflecting the chef’s passion for culinary artistry.
