The inaugural event will take place on Friday, 18th October, featuring the esteemed Royal Caviar Club as the premier partner.
Guests are invited to indulge in a luxurious 4-course caviar tasting menu, thoughtfully paired with a selection of premium wines. This bespoke experience will highlight sumptuous dishes, including:
– Greek yoghurt custard adorned with Ostrea Caviar, potato crisps and fried chicken skin.
– Grilled king crab with sous vide soft egg, Sevruga Caviar, celeriac puree, miso corn butter sauce.
– Seared Wagyu MB5 NY strip, roasted onion puree, seared potatoes, pickled shallots, Beluga Caviar, red wine jus.
– Coconut and cauliflower panna cotta, walnut crumble, semi-sweet chocolate and dry fruit compote.
The Royal Caviar Club is launching this month in the UAE, providing exclusive access to an unparalleled selection of delicacies. Acclaimed expert Oxana Dragun, known as “The Caviar Lady,” embodies the brand, promoting caviar culture with her expertise and passion.
