To whet the appetite, SHI’s brunch starts with a selection of their premium sushi, followed by appetisers featuring a range of flavour-packed dim sums with fillings such as chicken and coriander, prawn har gau, and mixed mushroom, and starters such as crispy duck bao buns, duck spring rolls, and wok-stirred turnip cake.
The culinary journey continues with mains such as tiger prawn in spicy curry sauce, shredded duck with chili garlic sauce, Chilean sea bass in XO sauce, or corn-fed chicken in black bean sauce, wok baby bok choy, or wok-tossed wild rice. Guests end the experience on a sweet note with pistachio fondant with homemade pistachio ice cream.
To indulge in the exquisite new brunch, guests can choose one of four packages – AED 295 for soft beverages; AED 395 for house pouring; AED 495 for house pouring and Italian bubbles; AED 695 for house pouring and French bubbles. Guests will enjoy unlimited drinks, an impressive selection of exquisite Chinese cuisine, breathtaking views, and energetic entertainment to keep them grooving.
Not only are guests treated to spectacular and authentic Eastern Asian dishes from Chef Li Yuan Hui – formerly at Hakkasan in Doha – paired with rich, hand-crafted beverages, but they can also set sights on some of the best views from Bluewaters of Ain Dubai and the JBR and Marina skyline. The lounge at SHI, located one level up from the restaurant, is the perfect space to unwind with five-star food, drinks and premium shisha.
