The Abu Dhabi Music and Arts Foundation (ADMAF) iannounces the submission period for its 2024 TotalEnergies Sustainability Design Award in partnership with TotalEnergies in the UAE is now open. This competition celebrates the innovative work of young Emirati designers and architects who are committed to creating sustainable and impactful solutions.

The award invites talented individuals aged 18-35 to submit design proposals that address at least one of the three pillars of sustainability: economic, environmental, and social. Entries must demonstrate exceptional creativity, technical skill, and a deep understanding of sustainable practices.

Key criteria for submissions include:

  • Economic Sustainability: Innovative designs that optimize resource usage, reduce costs, and contribute to long-term economic viability.
  • Environmental Sustainability: Solutions that minimize environmental impact, promote renewable energy, and conserve natural resources.
  • Social Sustainability: Designs that prioritize the well-being of communities, enhance quality of life, and address social challenges.

The winner of the TotalEnergies Sustainability Design Award will receive a cash prize of AED 10,000 and have their work showcased at one of the renowned Abu Dhabi Festival venues in 2025. This opportunity will provide invaluable exposure and recognition within the arts and design community.
