Part of the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi’s (DCT Abu Dhabi) annual Abu Dhabi Culinary Season, one of the most significant culinary festival in the region, the Abu Dhabi Exceptional Chef Series will see 12 Michelin-starred chefs offer unforgettable dining experiences over the course of 12 days, including Chef’s Kitchen activations and intimate Four Hands Dinners, showcasing the very best of local and international cuisine.
Abu Dhabi Culinary Season is partnering with legendary gastronomic talent from across the globe, with leading hotels and restaurants in Abu Dhabi as their stage, to create gourmet brilliance and cement Abu Dhabi’s reputation as the culinary capital of the Middle East.
The Abu Dhabi Exceptional Chef Series will be working with the top fine dining restaurants in the city to host the world’s best international chefs. Guests can book their experience at either Catch, St Regis, Oak Room, The Edition, Board Eu, Shangri-La, BB Social Dining, Rosewood, Talea, Emirates Palace, Mandarin Oriental, Park Hyatt, MAZI, St Regis, Hakkasan, Emirates Palace, Mandarin Oriental, Garage, W Abu Dhabi, Yas Island, Cafe Milano, Four Seasons, Villa Toscana, St Regis and Jose by Pizarro, The Conrad, with chefs including Michelin Star Chef Rodolfo Guzman, Michelin Star Chef Mathieu Rostain, Michelin Star Chef Chef Luca Mattioli from 3 Michelin Star Mirazur, 2 Michelin Star Chef Victoria Blamey, 2 Michelin Star Chef Alberto Landgraff, Michelin Star Chef Gregory Marchand, Michelin Star Chef Tala Bashmi, Michelin Star Chef Mehmet Gurs, 3 Michelin Star Chef Chicco Cerea, 2 Michelin Star Chef Julien Royer, and Michelin Star Chef Kim Alter, showcasing their skills, taking diners on an exploratory culinary journey.
