The concert will enchant music enthusiasts aged eight and above with extraordinary performances at Anantara Eastern Mangroves Abu Dhabi on Sunday 24th of September at 7 PM and 9 PM.

Five days in September will honor the centuries-old tradition of the instrument as well as its role in contemporary culture. In concerts with the Ahmad Shamma Quartet, Islam Taha & The Cairo Oud House Trio, Sherine Tohamy & The Abu Dhabi Oud House Trio, and the Nehad El-Sayed Quintet, the short-necked lute will be heard in different settings—including an oud quartet a well as ensembles featuring saxophone or strings. For the festival’s finale, curator Naseer Shamma will lead a veritable oud orchestra.

Candlelight Concerts, a Fever Original experience, brings its special performances for the first time to the UAE’s capital, Abu Dhabi, with a series of breathtaking concerts, kicking off with the Best of Chopin at New York University, Abu Dhabi, on June 17th. The concert will see the venue illuminated by thousands of candles, allowing viewers to immerse themselves in the adapted program fully.
