Eating healthy is definitely on our new year resolution for 2020 and this is why we headed to BiCE, one of our favorite Italian restaurants in Dubai, to sample the vegan menu that is available exclusively this month. Not only every dish was aesthetically appealing, delicious and healthy but it also felt amazing to know that choosing to plant based options was equally good for our health and that of our planet.
Renowned Italian dining venue, BiCE Ristorante in the heart of Hilton Dubai Jumeirah, stands out as the most notable venue within the hotel. This January, restaurant collaborated with Kamilla Omarzay, Dubai’s Hottest Vegan Entrepreneur who has earned herself a global recognition thanks to the success of her brand ‘The Snack Society’ launched last year.
Her blog and Instagram page with delicious vegan creations has led to her gaining several awards such as the Emirates Woman Visionary of the Year 2018, Best in Content at Cosmopolitan Middle East’s 2019 Influencer Awards, Social Media Rising Star’ at the Social Media Awards 2017 hosted by Stylist Magazine and Alan’s Hot 100 People 2019.
Together with the restaurants Head Chef – Chef Davide, Kamilla has designed an exclusive 3-course vegan set menu which will be available at BiCE Ristorante from 15 – 31 January, 2020. Guests are welcome to savour delicious authentic Italian dishes expertly crafted with a unique twist by Kamilla and a 100 % vegan! The menu will feature an array of dishes to choose from such as Truffle and Mushroom Dumplings as starters filled with Bronoise of Mushrooms and shaved with Black Winter Truffle
Diners can then tuck into main – Eggplant Mussaka with vegan Minced “Meat”, Home Style Basil and Tomato Sauce and Vegan Parmigiano Cheese.
To end on a sweet note guests are treated to the Vegan Temptation – Dark Chocolate Fudge on the crispy raspberry waffle, fresh berries sorbet and hot dark chocolate sauce.
Priced at AED 170 per person this delicious 3-course Italian vegan menu will include a gift box with complements from Kamilla consisting of a small range of her ‘The Snack Society’ products to take away home.
