‘’My aim when creating this dish was to combine the best of my two favourite cuisine –Italian which I am very fond off and of course Indian food, what I have grown up eating. I have put my creative and heart in to this dish. I am completely honored and overwhelmed that I have won the competition. I am even more excited that I will now be able to offer my dish to our guests at BiCE Ristorante every day,” said Saumya on winning the competition.
