Enjoy waterfront dining and leisure at The Pointe, Palm Jumeirah and explore this years' 'World Coolest Winter' campaign.

Daily fireworks, new fountain shows and fantastic entertainment await visitors and residents this January.

The Pointe, Nakheel’s spectacular waterfront dining and leisure destination on Palm Jumeirah, is staging a wide range of exciting events and activities throughout the Dubai Shopping Festival in line with the UAE’s ‘world’s coolest winter’ campaign.

Visitors at The Pointe can enjoy a week of nightly fireworks, new fountain shows and live performances while indulging in a delightful dining experience at countless restaurants from now until the end of January.

Fireworks and The Palm Fountain shows

Don’t miss out on seven spectacular nights from 24 to 30 January as The Pointe lights up the night sky with fireworks at 9 pm to celebrate the Dubai Shopping Festival.

And, taking the entertainment to another level, the world’s largest fountain at The Pointe is hosting brand new shows from sunset to midnight including ‘Joker and the Thief’ by Wolfmother to celebrate Australia Day on 26 January, and Xi Qi Yang Yang’ by The Wynners for Chinese New Year on 30 January.

Dubai Lights

The Pointe is also featuring two breath-taking light structures this DSF until
30 January: The Talking Heads and ‘Absorbed by Light’, in partnership with
DTCM.

Talking Heads, created by Viktor Vicsek from Hungary, showcases two
heads having a conversation through the power of light. The spectacular
design uses around four thousand LED lamps to show different facial
expressions.

A metaphor for today’s society, ‘Absorbed by Light’, by British artist Gali
May Lucas in collaboration with sculptor Karoline Hinz, was initially displayed in Amsterdam and depicts three silhouettes on a park bench, all taken in by their cell phones.

Delicious food and entertainment

The Pointe has a new range of restaurants and entertaining activities now
open as part of Social Distrikt, the experiential food hall venue. Indulge in delicious meals at Couqley, Luca, Pinsanity, Go Greek, Circle Café, Vigilante, Ichiban Sushi and Juniper accompanied by refreshing drinks, and experience next-level fun with RobocomVR, RAW music store, the one-stop shop for vinyl records, FLTRD, the irresistible fashion store, and Podcast studio.

Pets are also welcome at Social Distrikt.

Free daily shuttle buses are available from Nakheel Mall from 24 to 30
January every half an hour from 5 pm to 11 pm on weekdays and 5 pm to 12 midnight on weekends or use the paid parking with a limited number of spots at The Pointe’s East or West promenade parking.
