Paris+ par Art Basel broadens its presence in Paris with highly successful second edition and outstanding city-wide programming.

Held under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council, Abu Dhabi Art has today announced its forthcoming exhibitions and artist commissions for 2023.

After the successful event at the Gaggenau Gallery, featuring an exhibition in support of young Emirati artists, Firetti Contemporary and the luxury home appliances icon Gaggenau cordially invite you to an evening of art celebration. Join for a delightful experience that includes showcasing emerging Emirati artists, culinary delights, and a display of luxury design. The event will include an award ceremony of a selected art collection to media supporters.

National Pavilion UAE has appointed Emirati artist Abdullah Al Saadi to represent the country at the 60th International Art Exhibition of La Biennale di Venezia in 2024, opening in April 2024. Abdullah’s solo exhibition will be curated by Tarek Abou El Fetouh.

Proceeds from the second Art be a Part auction, featuring artwork from around the world, will be directed towards launching an art-based education programme for underprivileged children in India, by UNICEF in partnership with Dubai Cares, part of Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives (MBRGI).

Dubai-based Behnoode Foundation partners with Middle Eastern Artists from Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Algeria and the United Kingdom, and launched a capsule art exhibition called Timelessness of the Church to celebrate religious tolerance and spiritual unity.
The exhibition happened this September 2023 at St. Barnabus Church in Pimlico, Central London in the City of Westminster.

The Abu Dhabi Music and Arts Foundation (ADMAF) commemorates the winner of its 2023 Design Fun award, Badria Ali Saif Salem. Her winning design, “Al iqd Al Bahir (The Brilliant Necklace) “, is an intricate and highly creative piece. Inspired by the UAE, the stunning necklace features brushed gold, malachite, pearls, lapis lazuli and pave diamonds.

The MIAF International Art Fair is back with its 3rd edition which will take place from September 27 to 30 this year at Vivéa Business Park, Moka Smart City. This initiative will be made possible thanks to the collaboration of Moka Smart City, the Mauritius Tourism Promotion Authority (MTPA), and Phoenix Beverages Group.

World-renowned contemporary Italian artist Lorenzo Quinn, son of Hollywood legend Anthony Quinn, has provided a major boost for this week’s Art be a Part fundraiser in Dubai.
